Dr. Amalia Tsiami Dr. Amalia Tsiami is currently as Associate Professor in Food Science in London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism University of West London, United Kingdom. The University of West London, Greater London, United Kingdom. She did her BSc (Hons), Food Technology and Nutrition, First Class in the Year 1989. She was awarded Ph. D in Physicochemistry in the 1994. She is an active researcher in the field of nutrition and her main main interest is the investigation of the relationship between diet and health with main focus on the effects of dietary intervention on risk factors of cardiovascular disease.
