Dr. Adele Papetti

Dr. Adele PapettiDr. Adele Papetti is an Assistant Professor Universita degli Studi di Pavia, Department of Drug Sciences, Pavia, Italy. She received her 5 years Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Pavia (Italy) in 1994 and her PhD in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Pavia (2001). She also obtained the Diploma in Formazione Superiore post-laurea (2001). She was the winner of the competition for research grants in May 2001 and May 2003. Adele Papetti lectures for the courses “Dietetics”, “Food Supplements and Dietary Foods for Special Medical Purpose”, and for the lab training in “Analytical Chemistry” course. She is a Member of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI) and a Professional Member of Institute of Food Technologists. She is a member of the Editorial Board of the journals “Applied Food Biotechnology”, “EC Nutrition”, and “Journal of Food and Nutrition Research.

She has published 59 articles with 1580 citations and is having 21 H-index.
