Dr. Krešimir Mastanjević Associate Professor obtained his Ph.D in 2010 in Biotechnological sciences, Food engineering at the University in Osijek, Faculty of Food Technology. In 2013 he was elected for Assistant professor and 2018 associate professor, at the same Faculty. He participated in many National and International conferences and in 2011 and 2013 was a member of the organizing committee of International Congress „Flour-Bread“. He participated in several national scientific and professional projects, and was the head of one scientific project. His main interest in food technology include meat and meat products.
He is the Editorial Board member in several scientific journals and served as a reviewer for over 20 journals.
He is the author of more than 30 articles and 1 book. He has actively participated in 20 Conferences.
